Our family creamery
A small, family-run licensed Grade A creamery in the heart of Wisconsin dairy land.

— Our Story
From Missouri to dairy land
Leland and Carolyn grew up on dairy farms in the rolling hills of northeast Missouri. With the dairy industry dying out in the area, we made the move to central Wisconsin in the fall of 2017 and milked cows for a large dairy.

A leap of faith
Having an interest in processing, and wanting something we could work alongside our family, we took a leap of faith in the spring of 2023, trusting God would provide a way. Seeing all that is involved with processing and marketing, we chose not to milk cows, and moved off the farm to a neighboring property and renovated a wood shop into a small, licensed, Grade A creamery.
It took 10 months to get everything set up, so it was April 2, 2024 before we bottled our first milk and took it to a handful of local grocery stores. We bottle A2A2, Creamline, Whole milk and Whole Chocolate milk in plastic gallon, half gallon, pint and 12 oz bottles.

Where our milk comes from
We source our milk from Michael Martin’s small family farm 2 miles south of Colby, Wisconsin, where they milk 60 cows — the majority of the herd is Holsteins with a few colored cows. They do a fantastic job of producing some of the highest quality milk with a very low cell count and plate count, which is very important, as the processor cannot provide a quality product if he doesn’t start with quality milk.
