— Our Family

A small family operation

Welcome to Farmer Boy Creamery LLC. We are a small family operation in the heart of dairy land. It is run by Leland & Carolyn Zimmerman and 5 children: Lyndon, Katrisha, Jevon, Charity and Kendall. And also two part time employees.

— What We Bottle

Fresh from our creamery

We bottle in plastic gallon, half gallon, pint and 12 oz bottles.

A2A2 Milk

Known to be easier for some people to digest, with no difference in taste, color or nutrition.

Creamline Milk

Non-homogenized, so the cream rises to the top. Just shake it up well before you pour.

Whole Milk

Bottled fresh in gallon, half gallon, pint and 12 oz bottles.

Whole Chocolate

Whole chocolate milk, bottled fresh in every size.

— What Makes It Different

Look for the creamline

We do NOT homogenize our milk so the cream will rise to the top, which is why we call it creamline, or some call it creamtop. All you have to do is shake it up well before you pour.

— Our Story

A leap of faith, in 2023

“Having an interest in processing, and wanting something we could work alongside our family, we took a leap of faith in the spring of 2023, trusting God would provide a way.”
